Membership Expectations

Bring energy, ideas, and integrity to everything you do.

Attend regular FFLA meetings, leadership labs, and mentorship events.

Actively participate in a Community Capstone Project team.

Maintain academic excellence (we value effort and commitment over perfection).

Serve as a role model in your school and community.

To apply for membership in Future Forward Leadership Academy, applicants must complete the full application form, thoughtfully answer all short-answer questions, and agree to the year-long commitment required of all members. Applicants under the age of 18 must also provide parental or guardian consent as part of the application process.

In addition, applicants must submit two references, with at least one coming from a current teacher at their school. We are looking for motivated emerging leaders who are ready to engage, collaborate, and take action. Optional video submissions are encouraged but not required.

Only completed applications will be considered for admission.
